Which Program is Right For You?
The Basics program is recommended for all practitioners with less than one year of experience. The Basics Program is designed to help introduce newer students to the core jiu jitsu positions, techniques & concepts. The curriculum for the program focuses on simplifying the martial art in a way that benefits newer students and helps them create a solid foundation for their jiu jitsu journey. Sparring in this program is also limited to ensure a comfortable introduction into the martial art.
The Fundamentals Program is recommended for all practitioners with more than one year of jiu jitsu training and features a more in-depth exploration of the core positions, techniques & concepts. The Fundamentals program builds upon the curriculum in the Basics program and introduces more situational scenarios and complex techniques.
The NOGI Program is comprised of techniques that are applied without the use of the kimono. By understanding both GI & NOGI jiu jitsu, students are able to expand their overall knowledge of the martial art, which allows them to think critically and adapt during unique situations and circumstances.
