THE AOJ KIDS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE BENEFITS THAT EXTEND FAR BEYOND THE MATS BY INSTILLING IMPORTANT CORE VALUES LIKE CONFIDENCE, SELF-DISCIPLINE, RESPECT, AND MORE THROUGH THE MARTIAL ART OF JIU JITSU. AOJ ACADEMY USES JIU JITSU AS A TOOL TO POSITIVELY SHAPE AND IMPACT THE NEXT GENERATION.
The Art of Jiu Jitsu Academy Kids Program is organized into the following three age groups: Kids 3-5, Kids 5-7 and Kids 8-13
Our younger students are introduced to the core movements of Jiu Jitsu to ensure a strong foundation is being built
As the students mature, they begin to develop a greater technical understanding of Jiu Jitsu and are introduced to situational sparring
The goal for the kids program is to empower each student and equip them with invaluable life skills that will translate off the mat and serve them well into adulthood

Our Kids Program is thoughtfully structured to cater to the individual needs of each student. Within each age bracket, we further group students into different levels within the class to ensure a tailored and dynamic learning experience.
